YuMi’s pLaCe~

Wahh, it has been a week since I last blog here… The whole week I had been blogging everyday on my research elsewhere.. Required for my assignment… T.T Very sien ler, everyday research on internet security and we are required to write 21 entries of blog on it… Crazy aa? >.< At last I have chance to write on something else… XD

Today after our class, me, YT, Ling Ling together with Joyce, we went to MV for makan and movie… XD Since Ling Ling said she wants to watch 300 and I heard it is quite violent, =P so we decided to watch that… ^-^ Sis said recommended to watch and not to miss wor… =P Oh, I have to mention abit of something else here.. Before the movie started, we went to MPH for a walk.. We ended up in the section with alot of books about animal.. So we stood there for a while to look on those dog breeds~ And, we found a dog breed, called CHOW CHOWS look very similar to one of our coursemates.. Don’t want to mention it looks like who la, but if you are a HELP student which is studying IT currently, maybe you can browse around to search for its photos.. Maybe you’ll see someone like that in college… XD (Jahat nyer Alina~~~ =P)

Okie, back to the movie.. 300 is a movie for approximately 2 hour which is starred by Gerard Butler, Lena Headey, Michael Fassbender.. (Actually I don’t know who are they, just copied and pasted here… XD) This story took place in Sparta, a country somewhere in Greece I guess, where all the male are trained to be brave warriors who are honour to sacrifice themselves for the country.. The king of Sparta, Leonidas together with 300 warriors began the battle of Thermopylae (eh, this is true one leh, read on their history few hours back, this battle really existed.. =)) It is a battle against the Xerxes and his Persian army to bring the freedom of the Spartans~ @.@ So who won the battle in the end? 300 warriors over don’t know how many army fellas? Ngohoho~ Watch la~ =P

Ermm… As said, this movie is quite violent, but not as bad as I thought la.. Abit over-estimated~ But really can see heads, hands and legs fly here and there… XD Blood splashing everywhere, syok nyer~~ Why can go through the censorship board punye? =\ They said they censored the nudity part, but why still can see girl’s nipples de?? Although cover wiht extremely thin piece of cloth la~ Wahaha~ Then hor then hor… Why that time got all those dinosaurs aa, somekind of monsters aa, then somemore got bomb so advanced de? =.=" Hmmm, the ending was somewhat touching, my sis said she cried in the cinema, but I didn’t.. How about you? XD Ermmm Have to watch la really, see their spirit of kamikaze (depicted from Samurais’ spirits =P) But really nice… actions, sounds, overall the feel of the movie isn’t bad… ^.^

Hehe, don’t know what movie to watch today, so we decided to watch Bridge to Terabithia at last… Heard that movie isn’t bad.. At first I saw the trailer of it, thought it would be as The Chronicles of Narnia.. But it’s a totally different type of movie(Actually I didn’t watch Narnia, someone told me that.. =P) Anyway, this movie is based on a award-winning novel with the same name and also is produced by the producer of The Chronicles of Narnia… XD

It is a movie of 1 hour and 35 minutes that is starred by Josh Hutcherson as Jess, and AnnaSophia Robb as Leslie.. Jess is a boy who was always being bullied and left out in school and at home too.. He was always treated coldly by his family members.. However, he’s very talented in imagination drawing and he trains himself to be the fastest runner of his grade… But he and other boys were defeat by Leslie, who just transferred to their school.. XD Leslie whom her parents are both writers, is full with imagination.. Then, Jess and Leslie became good friends, and Jess slowly changed to a cheerful boy.. ^-^ They then discovered a secret magic kingdom, Terabithia, that was created by their imaginations.. It is a land that was connected to their world via a rope~ Many strange creatures exist in Terabithia and the adventure was very exciting.. XD One day, an unpredictable thing happened that changed Jess’ life.. >.< Watch it to know what it is… =P

Emmm.. What can I say about this movie.. I didn’t read the novel obviously.. =P But it is a very different plot than the movies I’ve watched before.. It is completely a fantasy movie that talks mostly on imaginations of young teenagers.. It makes me recall the time when I was young (I’m very young now though… XD) where I always had my imaginations of my dream land on my mind… =P Those were the days… =.=" A good movie to relax your mind, a warm-feeling movie… XD

My holiday ends at last… I’ve not been working in Starbucks for almost three weeks… =P Been slacking around anyway, for CNY… Today is the first day I’m working after CNY… And today is 11th of March… Oh, few friends’ birthday fell on today.. Let me wish them a happy birthday first.. Firstly, to Mei Yee, Happy 21st Birthday!! Hope u enjoy your birthday, may all your wishes come true and stay cute forever… ^.^ Then to my collegemate, Kelvin Low, Happy 21st birthday too.. =) May all your dreams come true also, stay fit and leng chai~ Hope you can achieve what you’ve wanted.. And lastly to my ex-collegue, Faizul, wish you a very Happy Birthday.. Sorry for not keeping my promise to go out with you.. The timing is just not right, hehe.. Anyway, hope that everything goes smooth on the business that you are doing now… XD Fuuu… So long~

And today is also a month sharp after my birthday on 11th Feb.. XD And my very handsome and kind store supervisor, Hazim, apologised for being late and he bought a cake to celebrate my belated birthday… ^-^ Hahaha, thanks Hazim and other collegues, although it came a bit later but as long as you are ikhlas, I feel really happy.. =) He bought me a whole American Brownies (that was what Hazim told me =P) from Secret recipe.. It had the belated spelled wrongly as "beleted".. >.< But too bad, after we had few bites on the cake, Nauflan accidentally dropped the cake on the floor… So we only managed to eat 1/4 of it.. Another 3/4 of it, we blanjer alam flora… T.T So wasted~ Sorry to Hazim for your effort to buy that cake… But at least we tried it right? XD Thanks a million times… ^-^

Talk about that, last two weeks, Cody bought me a cake too… Didn’t blog about that that time… He brought me to Mid Valley with the excuse of wanted me to help him to look for a present for his cousin… Then he bought me a shirt from Padini (Which was the one I wore to Subha’s birthday.. XD).. Then he brought me to Baskin Robbins and bought me an ice cream cake which he promised to do so previously… I was very happy, really, thanks alot, Cody~ To buy me my first birthday ice-cream cake, and to keep your promise… ^-^ So overall, I got 5 cakes for my birthday this year… I guess there won’t be anymore coming… =P Thanks everyone for your efforts to make me happy.. =) I appreciate them very much… XD

Yeah~ Firstly, Happy 21st Birthday to Subha~ Ermmm.. Guess I’ve mentioned about her previously in my blog that I went to her house for Deepavali… She’s a schoolmate of me and YChen since primary school.. We were quite close though during those days.. She sent us invitation to her birthday via friendster.. So I guess many of our school mates didn’t get the message as they didn’t check their friendster as often as me.. XD So not many long lost school mates turned up.. >.< Wasted ne~

YChen arrived my house to pick me up at around 7:30pm, and luckily we still remember the route to Subha’s house in Taman Pelangi… XD Right after we parked our car, then someone honked at us.. It was Vijen~~ Yea~ She also came… ^.^ She thought we couldn’t recognise her… =P Non of our schoolmates reached, at the time we sampai her house… All were Subha’s relative.. She’s very pretty and shinning today with her Sari… XD And yes! Me and YChen were the only Chinese who came… =P Not long after we arrived, they already start the cake-cutting session~ So fast~ I thought it should be after dinner one… =.="

Ooo~ Her birthday cake was very nice~ It’s in blue color XD Very special~ Then they started to take pictures while feeding each others with cake~ The relatives la~ She got a gold key chain from don’t know who~~ XD I didn’t get any keys on my birthday T.T After eatting a small piece of birthday cake, we then were served with dinner~~~ Kari kambing, sambal ayam, ayam goreng~~ See only makes my saliva meleleh~~ XD But too bad, I ate something before I went, so I only can eat a little bit… >.<

After that we chatted awhile with the ex-schoolmates then me and YChen left because she still have to fetch her mom… Yeah~~ First time attended Indian friend’s party~ Anyway, thank you Subha for inviting us~ Had a nice evening just now, nice food, nice cake XD… Happy Birthday once again… ^-^V

P/S: Subha’s family owned a very big, chubby cat.. It has very nice fur~ It slept there although many people were walking around and got shock once woke up to see everyone around it… XD So cute.. It got a body shape of a coin bank… Hahaha.. I didn’t bluff you all.. But it really very cute and nice~ =P

That’s right.. XD Yesterday Siew and me went to watch Norbit in BTS.. I was hoping to watch The Pursuit of Happiness more, but too bad, it isn’t shown in BTS… So we have no choice as we had watched many of the previous movies, so we watched Norbit… =) We shopped for a while and had our lunch before the movie at 2pm.. Hehe, I was mainly accompanying Siew to shop only, and she spent RM120 overall yesterday… XD Luckily I didn’t really spend much.. =P

Ok, let’s talk about the movie… I think by this time, many of you may have watch it… It is a movie of around 1 hour and 40 minutes.. It is starred by Eddie Murphy (which took 3 of the characters) and Thandie Newton… =) Wow, the 3 Eddie Murphy also don’t really look like the real him… At first I thought there were only 2 of him.. But someone told me that there’s another character who is starred by him, so me and Siew took a guess who it would be.. But ended up we guessed the wrong one.. Didn’t thought that character was the one who’s Eddie Murphy… For those who haven’t watch it, and still don’t know which character is that, you can go ahead to find who is him.. =P

The story is about Norbit, an Orphan was always being bullied in the orphanage house… After he was apart with the little girl that he likes (Kate), he met Rasputia, a very huge-size girl there.. She protected Norbit from being bullied by other orphans.. When they grew up, they married to each other, there was when the nightmare of Norbit begins… He was always being scolded and tortured by the gorilla wife.. XD And one day, Kate came back to the orphanage house and planned to buy the house.. There was when she met with Norbit.. He was very happy to see her again but too bad, she was engaged to another guy… Then many things happened~~~ And at last will Norbit be with Rasputia or Kate??? Hehe.. Watch la~~~ ^.^

This movie is quite funny… I don’t really watch comedy that much in fact.. But this one won’t be as stupid as other comedies, at least it has a good story line.. Some movies are just too stupid that I couldn’t even laugh at their jokes.. But I laugh quite alot while watching Norbit… It is very entertaining to look at Rasputia~ XD If I’m that size… I think~~~~~~ it won’t happen la~ (Oppss, touch wood touch wood =P) Haha, it’s another comedy that you shouldn’t really miss la, guess it will be off screen soon.. If you really want to watch it, better be fast oo~ ^-^

p/s: Pursuit of Happiness anyone?? =) Really feel like watching it ler… And also those horror movies showing now, anyone? anyone? Hehe… XD Why my gang all so seldom wtch horror movie geh~~~ T.T I want someone to accompany me for horror shows…. =P

Happy Birthday to Mei Yee!! Hehe, anyway, the Mei Yee doesn’t refer to myself.. XD It’s our schoolmates, Sin Mei Yee, who held a birthday party at her house in Bandar Utama yesterday night… Me and Joyce went to One Utama earlier in the afternoon to buy present for Mei Yee.. Hehe, sorry aa, we bought it last minute.. >.< It was quite difficult to buy present for her, we walked for few hours, at last we bought a polo-T from Romp for her.. =)

We waited for Junnie and Nic to come to pick us up after that, and they came at around 7:15pm.. We were lost at first on the way to Mei Yee’s house.. =.=" But luckily reached also.. =P We reached at the same time as Siew.. =) Wow, Mei Yee’s house is a 3-floor terrace and is quite spacious ne~ XD The whole third floor is a room for the 4 siblings.. Very big room @.@ With big closets (I also want that.. T.T) Hahaha.. Then YChen arrived slightly later after us.. =) She was lost at first.. =P After YChen arrived, then we went down and MAKAN!!!!! XD They served us with buffet style food, many varieties also.. From noodles, to rice, to salad, to soup, taufufah, cocktail… Wahhh.. But I eat a bit only ler, as me and Joyce already had something in One Utama before going for the party.. =) Oh ya, we got ang pao from Mei Yee’s mom too.. Gong Xi Fa Cai ne~ Didn’t expect can get angpao on the second last day of CNY.. XD

We took alot of photos too.. But most of the photos look similar with the same persons and the same backgrounds.. =P (Something is wrong with my MSN Space, so I uploaded the photos in my Yahoo! Photo Album instead.. =)) We were about to go about 9:30pm, but that was when cake-cutting and birthday song-singing session was on, so we stayed until then… Her birthday cake was specially made from Secret Recipe I guess, Siew and YChen saw the cake box… XD We didn’t try the cake though… Hehe, the cake wrote "Happy 21st Birthday to Mei Yee", haha, can celebrate my birthday together also.. Ngohoho… XD And there was a little girl, a relative of Mei Yee la, who called us "Auntie" when handed us the cake… =.=" Apa lah~ Taklak mata ka, call the beautiful jie jies as Aunties >.< Her mommy, please bring her to make a pair of spectacles.. =P Joking only la~

Then Junnie fetched us back after that, and we lost at the housing area for almost 30 minutes.. Haha, too many houses there and they look all same… We turn and turn and turn, still got back to the same road that we passed by previously.. Luckily we followed a Myvi’s behind and got back to the main road.. Haha… =P Yeah~ Had a great night yesterday, and thanks Mei Yee for inviting us, very happy to see you.. And, Happy 21st Birthday in advanced to Mei Yee, as her actual day of birthday falls on 11th March.. May all your wishes come true oo~ Friends forever…. XD
